Our governance

The FGEF has its own specific governance structure, with an interministerial steering committee, a scientific and technical committee and a secretariat that manages the operational and strategic cycles.

FGEF governance is based on these three bodies, which interact from the strategy development phase through to the operational implementation of projects.

The Steering Committee

The steering committee is made up of 6 FGEF member institutions (5 government ministries and the Agence Française de Développement). It gives its opinion on the general policy of the FGEF and decides on the financing of projects after receiving the opinion of the scientific and technical committee and the secretariat.
